Text
This is a house that functions as a space to develop local community in the new site of the collective relocation for disaster prevention of Kesennuma-shi. A problem on the site is how people develops local community. However, it is also a fact that the land formation is always done within a limited time and houses are built without concrete planning. Thus, this housing proposal aims at building up a platform for people 'to gather as good pals', as the concept of 'House Good Pals'. Good Pals is planned as a community studio because the owner is from the musical field. There is a wide frontage opens for the public to gather and communicate with each other.
